Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We create items in small batches and thus can take up to 3 business days to ship your order. From there, USPS can take 2-10 days to deliver your order. We are located in California and thus, west coast orders are delivered faster.
Q: Can I personalize an item?
A: At this time, we can only offer personalization for bulk and wholesale orders. We are investing in the capabilities to personalize candles, but do not hae that set up yet.
Q: What are your wicks made of?
A: We use 100% cotton wicks that are free of lead.
Q: Do Lit Soul Candles contain Phthalates?
A: Our candles and wicks are free of phthalates.
Q: Can you expedite production of my order?
A: Sometimes. Just ask us. The lasting impact of the pandemic on supply chains and logistics changes constantly, but our Production Manager can let you know if we have the ability to expedite production of an item.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: We are officially licensed for every organization we represent on our website.
Q: Can I get a custom candle label for my store/corporate order?
A: Our minimum requirements for a custom printed label is 48 pcs per design/size. For example, if you want a full size and mini size candle, with your corporate logo (or custom design), you are required to purchase 48 full size labels and 48 mini size labels. We can store labels so that you do not have to order all 48 candles at once.
If you want multiple fragrances, the costs for custom labels can quickly "add up". Some customers choose to use one label, and have us hand-write the frgrance name on the top or bottom of the vessel. This option works much better for corporate orders than retail store private label orders, for obvious reasons.
Q: Can you design a custom candle label for me?
A: We have an in-house graphic designer, and can create the artwork for your candle label. The cost is $50 per design and includes 4 revisions.
Q: Can you create a custom fragrance for me?
A: We have some capabilities for custom fragrance. There are many stock fragrances offered by many companies. The simplest way to customize a fragrance is to blend 2 or more stock fragrances. We can work with you to develop a custom fragrance, this takes approximately 6-8 weeks to collaboration on options, choose an option, and create test candles. The cost for custom fragrance development, from stock fargrances, is $150. You will also need to purchase a minimum of 24 full-size candles or 48 mini size candles of that fragrance. We cannot store the fragrance, so we must consume all of it in one production run.
If you want a truly custom fragrance, we work with a fragrance house to create a fragrance to your specificaiton. This can include working from a fragrance sample you already have. Completely custom fragrances can take up to 3 months to develop. The production minimums are much higher, requiring a purchase commitment of approximately 200 candles over a 3 month period. We cannot store fragrances for any longer than that. The cost for custom fragrance development is $350.
Q: Can I send you the fragrance to make candles for me?
A: At this time, we do not offer any contract candle making/pouring.
