Returns received within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange. During the holiday season from November to the end of December - this return period is extended to 45 days. Merchandise must be unused.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
Returns of personalized and customized items are only accepted if there is a mis-print or the wrong item is sent.
Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns require an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all hangtags or swingtags.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Please ship prepaid, we do not accept COD or freight collect. And we highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping.
