These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit Lit Soul Candles or place an order through this website. Lit Soul Candles is operated by Four Twigs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Small differences in wax appearance, finish, color, or label placement are a natural part of handmade production and are not defects. We make every effort to describe products, scents, sizes, and colors accurately, but screen settings and natural product variations can affect how an item appears.

Orders And Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may correct pricing, description, or inventory errors and may cancel or limit an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Shipping, Returns, And Order Concerns

Candle Use And Safety

Candles contain an open flame and must be used with care. Follow the warning label on the candle and our Candle Care & Safety guide. You are responsible for using the product as directed and for keeping it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Unless otherwise stated, the words, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos, and other content on this site belong to Four Twigs LLC or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, resell, publish, or commercially use site content without written permission.
